Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Darlington County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's handling of the query is governed by its privacy terms.

An email or contact-form message is retained as needed to read the request and send a reply. The message may contain the sender's name, email address, and anything the sender chooses to include. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
